Terms of service
These terms apply when you use this website, join the waitlist, or buy a submission from Instarise (“we”). By doing any of those, you agree to them.
The service
We read your product’s public website, write a listing, and submit it to 100+ online directories within 24 hours of your go-ahead on the listing. When it is done you get a report of every directory, what happened there, and the listing link once it goes live.
Price
$100 per product, paid once. It covers free submissions only. Where a directory offers only a paid listing, we skip it and say so in the report. We never buy anything on your behalf.
What we do not control
- Each directory decides whether, when and how to publish your listing. Some review submissions by hand and take weeks; some may decline or later remove a listing.
- We do not promise traffic, sign-ups, search rankings or backlinks from any directory.
- A directory can change or close its form. When one cannot take a submission, the report says so.
Your part
- You own the product or are allowed to list it.
- The website and anything you send us are accurate, lawful, and yours to share, including logos and screenshots.
- You allow us to create accounts on directories for your product and to submit it in your product’s name. Each directory’s own terms apply to your listing there.
- Connecting Gmail is optional. If you do, we use it only as described in our privacy policy.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and commits neither of us to anything. We email you once, when your spot opens.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; a submission you have already paid for follows the terms in effect when you paid.
